  • Stolen Packages: Wheelsurii is not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

8. International Shipping & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

  • If a package is refused by customs or the customer, shipping costs will not be refunded.

9. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

10. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the shipment, customers will be responsible for reshipping fees.

  • Refunds will not be issued for shipping charges on undeliverable packages.
