Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, processing times may be extended, and customers will be notified of any delays.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options, including:

Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days)
Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
International Shipping (varies by destination, typically 7-21 business days)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order’s weight, size, and shipping destination.
Free shipping may be available on orders exceeding a certain amount (as indicated on our website).
Customers can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing their purchase.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal regulations.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check with the carrier before contacting us.
Stolen Packages: Wheelsurii is not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
8. International Shipping & Customs
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays beyond our control.
If a package is refused by customs or the customer, shipping costs will not be refunded.
9. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
10. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the shipment, customers will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Refunds will not be issued for shipping charges on undeliverable packages.
