  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.   • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, the shipping carrier, and other factors.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery within the United States.
  • Overnight Shipping: Available for select areas and typically takes 1 business day for delivery after processing.

Note: Delivery times do not include processing time. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address.

  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer promotions for free shipping on orders over a certain amount. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, and you will be notified at checkout if you qualify for free shipping.

4. International Shipping

Currently, Wheelsurii only ships to U.S. addresses. We are working on expanding our shipping options internationally, so stay tuned for future updates.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States. If you are located outside of the U.S., please check back periodically for updates regarding international shipping availability.
  • P.O. Box Addresses: We recommend providing a physical address for faster and more reliable delivery. Some shipping carriers may have difficulty delivering to P.O. Box addresses.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status and estimated delivery date. You can track your order via the shipping carrier’s website or by visiting the Wheelsurii website.

7. Shipping Delays

  • Weather Conditions: Severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events may cause shipping delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, these factors are out of our control.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, there may be rare instances where your order is lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged goods, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and arranging a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for assistance. If the carrier confirms it is lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

If the shipping address provided during checkout is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be delayed, returned to us, or lost. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping information is accurate. If an order is returned due to an error in the address, we may charge a re-shipping fee to resend the package.
